For seven years, Glowing Dagger has operated at the intersection of genre, exploring varied fields of electronics united around disintegrating depths of shadowy atmospherics. Beside the Blade is their latest release and the label’s first compilation.

The nine tracks, centered around themes of rebirth and renewal, are a sonic assemblage of swirling spectral synths, fragmented metalloid rhythms, silky vocal dirges, and cosmic effervescence.

The collection features past GD collaborators, W.O.E., VVD WNDWS, Plattenbau, Cemetery Flowers, Humanherb, and Night Ballet, and introduces new projects Turner Capehart & Devin Trainer, LA’s Dream Reveal, and Phoenix’s La Llorona.

Beside the Blade will be released digitally and on cassette on 7.30.22
